Domestic Shipping

All shipments are insured to their purchase price, and sent by UPS Ground.   All orders must be signed for.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally whenever possible. Due to new requirements under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are currently unable to ship orders to countries within the European Union.

Shipping remains available to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other eligible international destinations.

Please note that international duties, taxes, import fees, & shipping are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Marcie McGoldrick accepts items in their original condition for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Returned items must be received within 15 days in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Custom and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All 10K gold items are considered custom and are final sale.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us for return authorization before sending an item back.
